The long term goals of Smiles Foundation are to:

• Educate and treat over 150,000 a year through its existing clinics.
• Add a mobile clinic to each dental office.
• Provide high-quality dental treatments to all Dominicans
• Enhance the education department and services
• Better the health of the Dominican population with an extensive program of education and capacitating
• Create more community development and computer training projects to confront more of the Dominican people´s needs through collaborations with other Non-Governmental Organizations.
• Take our development vision to serve needy people in other countries
