- All used equipment must be accompanied by a letter from a certified technician stating that it is in a perfect working condition.
- In order to provide you with the most equitable value for tax purposes, any supporting documentation: original receipt of purchase or access to a product catalogue would be appreciated.
- Before filling out the form, please fill and upload the Equipment List Form.
